The “Golden Fish” Complex is composed of one residential building. The complex is located in one of Bulgaria's best resorts near Sozopol standing at 20 km south to the city of Burgas. The complex has been devised and designed to combine the romantic spirit of the resort, beautiful nature and the functionality of a modern building. 

This is a 1-shaped building of four aboveground and one underground level. The ground floor hosts garages, restaurant and shop center. All levels also hosts 39 apartments ranging in area from 40 to 80 square meters. Each home has its living-room area, one- or two- bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with sanitary unit. The terraces look over the Sea or the park of the resort. The apartments will be finished at a high degree of luxury and will be furnished with all security- and fire safety systems. The building will have local air-conditioning and hot water supply system. The underground level hosts a parking area- or garage place. 

The architecture of the complex follows the modern style with modern architecture, The building process will employ high-quality technologies and materials. The floor coverings will be made of Italian ceramics and laminated floor MDF plates. The entrance and interior doors will be MDF and the bathroom flooring and tiling will be supplied by Italian- and Spanish producers. The room walls will be finished with silk paint of upper solid cornice and wide border and three-layer parquet. The windows are of PVC frames and float tinted glazing.
